Using your card every time you play will earn you points. When your base point amount reaches 500 during the qualifying period, you will be upgraded to the Silver Players Club Card.

When your base point amount reaches 50,000 during the qualifying period, you will be upgraded to the Gold Players Club card. When your base point amount reaches 125,000 during the qualifying period, you will be upgraded to the Platinum Players Club card.
