One Card Q&A

Q: Why don’t red card holders get restaurant discounts?
A: Red card holders can get Free Play offers and Comps based on their play, but they haven’t played enough to qualify for daily discounts on food and beverage. We reward our known players (Silver Card and above) with food specials like the $5.55 buffet. Red Card holders will be immediately upgraded to a Silver Card when they earn 500 points.

Q: How hard is it to get 500 points?
A: It’s really pretty easy! Just $1 in coin-in earns one point. With an average slot bet of just one dollar, a player should earn 500 points in about an hour.

Q: Does each person have to have their own One Card?
A: Yes, each person must have their own card and card number account but we can still link accounts, just like before.

Q: If I get my One Card at Terrible’s Rail City, does that mean I’ll get offers in the mail from ALL the Terrible’s casinos, even Las Vegas?
A: One Card members will still receive offers from the casino they play at most frequently, however at times they may receive special offers from other Terrible’s Casinos.

Q: If I get Free Play put on my card at Rail City, can I use it at other Terrible’s casinos?
A: Free Play issued by a specific property can only be played at that property. However, you can earn Free Play at any property and get it issued to you at any property, but it must be played where it was issued.
